What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

oleyoga.com uses the SSL (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer) encryption certificate to protect the confidentiality of information. For card payments, 3D Secure authentication will be required, in accordance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.

What happens if I can't complete my purchase?

Card Purchase

If you are trying to make a purchase with a card and your purchase is rejected, contact your bank. Please note that 3D Secure authentication will be required for placing orders on oleyoga.com, in accordance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.

Purchase via PayPal

If you are trying to place an order through PayPal and your purchase is rejected, please contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue.

Managing an Order

Do you want to view or edit an order? You can cancel an order, edit your delivery address or email, and more in order management.

How can I cancel or edit an order?

We can cancel or edit your order as long as it is not ready for shipment. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or change your purchase, please send an email with your order number to: info@oleyoga.com

If we are unable to cancel or edit your order, you may be able to return it. For more information, please refer to the help section: Returns and Refunds.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

If a product you are looking for is out of stock, click on the product page and enter your email address to receive a notification as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping and Delivery

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at an authorized dealer, or we can ship them directly to your home. Here you'll find everything you need to know about deliveries, pickups, and managing your order.

What are the available shipping options?

Shipping

We offer free shipping for purchases over 70€ (for shipments to the EU) and from 110€ (for worldwide shipments).

Delivery

The delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.

Returns and Refunds

How can I return an item?

If you purchase a product at oleyoga.com, it's because you care about the planet as much as we do. We design, produce, and transport our products with the least possible impact.

If you wish to process a return, select "Returns" on our contact form with your name and order number.

Returns have a cost of 6€ (for shipments within the EU) and 10€ (for the rest of the world).

How can I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange an item for reasons of size, color or other reasons, you can do so by indicating your order number in the following link.

Exchanges work the same as returns. To make an exchange, select "Exchanges" on our contact form indicating your name and order number.

Changes are free in the EU and cost €10 for the Rest of the World.

How long will it take to process the refund?

We will process the return once the items have returned to oléyoga's warehouse. The transfer will take 5 to 7 days to be effective.

What happens if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, you can contact us so we can arrange a pickup and send you a new item at no cost. You can do this through our contact form.
