Refund policy

If your Eco Daily is not right for you, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returns: €6 within the EU and €10 for the rest of the world.
  • Exchanges: free within the EU and €10 for the rest of the world.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: contact us so we can resolve the issue without return shipping costs to you.

How to request a return

Start a return

  1. Find your order. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used for your purchase in the portal.
  2. Send your request. Follow the steps in the portal. If you cannot find your order or need help, use our contact form or email info@oleyoga.com.
  3. Prepare your parcel. Protect the mat, include its accessories and follow the shipping instructions you receive. Keep your proof of postage.

The portal is an option to make returns easier, not a requirement for exercising your rights. You can notify us of your decision by email or through our contact form. You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing from your purchase.

Need help or want an exchange?

Open the contact form. Include your order number, if you have it, and tell us how we can help. For damaged or incorrect items, a photo can help us assess the issue.

Time limits and the condition of your mat

Our 30-day window for requesting a return does not limit your statutory rights. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. It is enough to notify us within that period. You then have 14 calendar days from your notification to send the goods back, unless we arrange collection.

You may examine the mat to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to do so, as provided by law. Reuse the original packaging if you still have it; it is not compulsory, but the parcel must protect the item during transport.

How you will receive your refund

We will process your refund without undue delay using the same payment method as your purchase, unless we expressly agree on another method at no cost to you. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

For statutory withdrawal in the EU, the refund deadline is 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your decision. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide evidence of postage, whichever happens first. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost; supplements for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

The return costs stated above do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. This policy does not limit the legal guarantee or any other mandatory rights you have.
