What the mat is made from
The Eco Daily combines a natural rubber surface with a recycled rubber core and a thin layer of organic cotton within its structure. It is made in Europe.
Both sides can be used for practice. When you turn it over, check that the side facing the floor and the side you will practise on are clean.

Which practice it is designed for
The Eco Daily is designed for Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and regular studio practice at normal room temperature. We do not recommend this model for hot yoga or very hot, sweaty classes. Check the conditions of your class when choosing a mat.
How to care for it after use
For everyday cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it dry before putting it away. Keep it out of direct sunlight. If you alternate sides, check and clean both as part of this routine.
