How many yoga mats does your event need?
Count everyone practising at the same time, including the teacher if they need a mat. Twenty participants and one teacher need twenty-one mats when the whole group practises together. The capacity of a seated talk is not the capacity of a yoga class.
If you run several sessions, record the largest group and allow time between sessions to inspect, clean and dry the equipment. Reusing the same set requires that gap. Agree any spare mats according to the format and availability; there is no single allowance that suits every event.
Which dates should you give the rental provider?
Give the first and last days of practice, and distinguish them from the dates when the mats need to arrive and leave. A weekend retreat may need its equipment ready before the opening class.
- Practice: the start date, end date and time of the first session.
- Delivery: who will receive the equipment and when they will be at the venue.
- Return: when the final session ends and when the mats can be packed and ready.

How do you know whether the mats suit the class?
Consider the material, dimensions and planned practice. oléyoga's Eco Daily measures 185 × 65 cm, is 4 mm thick and has natural rubber surfaces. Those details help you plan the layout and assess the support, rather than choosing by colour alone.

What should you agree about delivery, collection and cleaning?
Provide the full shipping address, including postcode, town and country. Mention access details such as a reception desk with limited hours, stairs or a venue with restricted vehicle access.
At oléyoga, delivery and collection are agreed according to the location. Confirm the return method, which packaging to keep and the care instructions that apply. Do not assume transport is included or that every cleaning product is suitable for rubber.
