How do you calculate the mat rental cost?
The equipment calculation is: number of mats × rental days × €15. Twenty mats for one day cost €300 in equipment hire. Keeping those twenty mats for two rental days costs €600.

Which days should you count?
Use the rental days confirmed in the quote. Provide your session dates and when the mats need to arrive and leave; do not assume how delivery or transit days are counted.
A daily rate is not a rate per class. If you are enquiring about several sessions in one day, describe the timetable and care requirements. That allows an appropriate quantity to be agreed without confusing sessions with billable days.
Are delivery and collection included?
Transport is arranged according to the rental location. To assess it, we need the full shipping address, town, postcode and country, together with any access requirements that affect delivery.
Confirm the return destination and method too. A venue with limited reception hours requires different coordination from one with staff present throughout the day. Online shop delivery promotions for mat purchases should not be assumed to apply to rental.
How can you manage the budget without compromising the session?
Start by counting the group that will practise together and checking the usable equipment already at the venue. Avoiding duplicate mats can be more sensible than reducing the number below the people who will use them.
- Confirm attendance: distinguish the venue's maximum capacity from your actual group.
- Include the teacher: count their mat if they need one.
- Review session changes: allow time for inspection, cleaning and drying when equipment is reused.
- Provide clear logistics: share the full address and reception hours at the outset.
