Yoga Mats | Eco Daily 4 mm

Why natural rubber? PVC and TPE mats are made of plastic: they pollute and often lose grip mid-practice. Natural rubber is different: honest, durable and naturally high-friction, it provides reliable grip from day one and gets better with use.

Hands stayed put

I spent two years sliding in downward dog on a TPE mat. First week on the Eco Daily, my hands stayed put through a full vinyasa. Lucía

Guides from this mat

Sustainable and eco-friendly yoga mats start with the material. These pages go deeper before you buy.

Questions before you buy

Built for Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and everyday studio practice at normal temperature, where steady grip matters most.

Is it good for Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Hatha?

Yes. The Eco Daily is made for dynamic and alignment-led practice: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and similar studio styles at normal room temperature, where you need reliable grip in standing poses, transitions and Downward Dog.

It is not designed for hot yoga or very sweaty heated classes; we say so upfront so you buy the right mat for your practice.

How does the grip feel when you start?

Natural rubber already has solid grip from day one. Roll it out, practice, and you will see how it adapts to your practice within the first week.

More on choosing a mat: How to choose a yoga mat.

How grippy is the Eco Daily?

The surface is 100% natural rubber with light granulation in the outer layers, plus GoalGrip™ for high friction. We have tested dry friction (SATRA TM35) with strong results for Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

For very hot, sweaty studio classes (including hot yoga), we do not recommend this mat: closed-cell natural rubber behaves differently under heavy sweat and heat, and we would rather say so than oversell.

How do I care for it?

New natural rubber has a slight characteristic smell that fades after the first few days of practice. Clean with a damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight.

I have a latex allergy: can I use it?

This mat is made of natural rubber and may contain latex. If you have a known rubber or latex allergy (type I or type IV), do not use it and speak with your allergist before buying any natural-rubber product.

We never describe the Eco Daily as hypoallergenic.

Is 4 mm enough cushioning?

4 mm is a balance between joint comfort and stability: thick enough for wrists in Downward Dog, firm enough that you do not sink and lose balance. AirCore™ injects air into the recycled-rubber core to add cushioning while keeping weight around 1.8 kg.

How long does it last?

With regular practice the Eco Daily is designed to last more than five years.

Detail: How long does a natural rubber yoga mat last.

Is it good for hot yoga?

No. We do not recommend the Eco Daily for hot yoga. Heavy sweat and high heat change how closed-cell natural rubber grips, and other constructions suit that practice better. For studio Vinyasa, Hatha or Ashtanga at normal temperatures, it is built for a steady hold from the first use.

What is it made of, and why not PVC or TPE?

Natural rubber surface, recycled rubber core, a thin organic-cotton layer for structure, fused with heat, no glue. OEKO-TEX® certified. No PVC, no plastic foam.

What makes a yoga mat eco-friendly?

An eco-friendly yoga mat is made without PVC or plastic foam, uses renewable or recycled materials you can verify, and is produced under standards you can check (for us: natural rubber, OEKO-TEX®, made in Europe, a tree planted per mat).

Sustainable and eco-friendly are the same buying intent here: one mat, no greenwash list of variants.
